  For general purchases such as light bulb, potting soil and hardware (if you can find it in stock lol) they do a good job. However, this is not where you want to shop for anything installed like doors. If you do, just plan on throwing your money away because you will be replacing the product soon or pulling out your hair trying to deal with incompetent corporate customer service. As I was told by a Lowes employee recently, go to Home Depot.

  I like Lowe's because their aisle and bin numbers are clearly labeled and I can use their app to quickly find what I am looking for without having to ask anyone. The only negative is they occasionally miss label the location of an item. I also like the 10% discount I receive as a veteran.
